Wilger Industries Ltd. (“Wilger”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.wilger.net (the “Site”, “website”), and develops and offers an application called Tip Wizard (“app”).

We use your generalized (non-identifiable) information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Within the app, only aggregate download/uninstall data, with generalized locations. No information related to inputted values or use of the app are recorded or transmitted from the device.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We receive generalized information (or analytics) on broad-scheme views of pages, interest in articles, app downloads, or similar generalized information, but none of this information collects or stores any personal information at all.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this generalized log data. We only use the data for general decision-making processes regarding content, layout and general use of the website.

We do not use this data for any targeting of specific users.

Within the App, only non-identifiable information for app performance and crashing, app-device compatibility, or other data used for only maintaining App performance may be used. All of this information is kept ONLY on the respective AppStore (Apple AppStore, GooglePlay AppStores), and not removed or stored in any other fashion.

Communications

We do allow customers to sign up to a newsletter list, which is managed personally by the Marketing Manager (only), and is never shared with anyone outside of Wilger. Strict unsubscribe policy is followed to ensure as soon as in consent to contact via email is removed, that information of the user is deleted immediately.

On the website, a ‘contact us’ form is provided, which sends the user’s inputted information to Wilger, with the express consent that Wilger communicate back to that user. This consent is removed as soon as the user’s query or concern is fully resolved, so no further unsolicited communications would be received by the user.

Within the App, there is a ‘Contact’ Form, which does not inherently track a user’s information at all. It is simply a means to find contact information for various Wilger contacts (email and phone). Wilger would never know whether you accessed this information from within the app or not.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

There are specific cookies on the www.wilger.net website (and internal pages) that store data for your convenience when using the Tip Wizard web app. It will store your inputted information and favorites so you do not have to enter them the next time you use the app.

There are other cookies that store your preferred language, so your browser remembers which translation of the web site you would prefer using.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Within the App, localized information pertaining to user-inputted information is stored on the device until the App cache or storage is cleared, or the App is uninstalled (with local data removed upon uninstallation). Information that is stored within the device from the app is NOT transmitted, collected, or used by Wilger. If this changes, explicit notice will be sent to app users via in-app message for devices that have the most current version of the Tip Wizard App.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to not store or use any Personal Information of users, user-inputted information that could be construed as Personal Information is stored in cookies (web browser) or local device storage (App), which we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We maintain a policy to minimize any stored potential personal information, aside from communications that may be helpful in ongoing (or potential ongoing) communications.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of (May 15, 2019) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
