A Manifold for a Fire Suppression Sprayer.

Combo-Rate® Control Manifolds

Wilger’s versatile Combo-Rate® stacking nozzle bodies make the ideal sprayer manifold for plumbing and controlling small to medium estate & turf sprayers.

Component Material
Nozzle Bodies Glass-reinforced Polypropylene
O-rings Buna-N (Standard). VITON® available
Hi-Lo Screw Stainless Steel

Manifold Configurations

Since Combo-Rate® (CR) nozzle components are infinitely stackable, you can make a whole heap of different configurations for a typical turf or estate sprayer.

End Bodies

COMBO-RATE® End Body (#41111-00)

CR end bodies stack onto any female combo-clip port.

They can use any CR shut-off modules (including pressure release valves) for any requirement on a manifold

Thru Bodies

COMBO-RATE® Thru Body (#41110-00). Clips onto COMBO-RATE® saddle bodies of COMBO-RATE® II integrated nozzle bodies.

CR thru bodies stack onto any other CR nozzle body components. CR thru bodies always have one male and one female combo-clip port, and must have a plug or end body to plug off the last open port.

Thru bodies can use any CR shut-off modules (including pressure release valves).

Utility Bodies and Adapters

Example Sprayer Manifold with COMBO-RATE® components

There are a number of CR stacking nozzle body components, from 1/4″ NPT-F end bodies to 90° adapter bodies.

Reference the Combo-Rate® brochure or Wilger price list for full listing of components.

Diaphragm Check Valve & Shut-off Options

Wilger's standard 10PSI diaphragm check valve. Also available in 4PSI and 15PSI options.

Diaphragm check valve

Available in 4PSI, 10PSI (standard) and 15PSI versions
Fairprene diaphragms standard. VITON® diaphragms available.
Wilger's Manual ON/OFF diaphragm check valve

Manual ON/OFF check valve

When ‘ON’, it acts as a 10PSI* check valve.
When ‘OFF’, it turns off the flow completely to that body (*4PSI/10PSI/15PSI options are available)
Fairprene diaphragms standard. VITON® diaphragms available.
Air-Off Module for Combo-Rate Nozzle Bodies

Air-Off check valve

Acts as a standard diaphragm check valve, but when an attached air line is charged, it will turn OFF the flow to that body.
Fairprene diaphragms standard. VITON® diaphragms available.
Pressure release valve modules allow the user to set a max pressure level to maintain. If the pressure goes beyond the set maximum, the PRV module will open and release the excess flow to maintain the pressure below the maximum.

Pressure Release Valve

A pressure release valve (PRV) fitting can be set to release any pressure over and above the intended pressure.
For example, if the knob is turned to equalize the pressure to 40PSI, any flow that would build the pressure past 40 PSI would be released through the nozzle body.
