Boom End Flush Valve Configurations
There are a number of different flush valve configurations available for boom end flush valves. They are available in short handle or long handle versions. (designated by using the -LV0 for long handle for easier turning)
Quick Nut SST

The QN SST flush valve fits onto Quick Nut Stainless Steel Tube male thread fittings.
Compatible with 1-1/4″ NPT.
Noticeably longer thread than the TWS valve. [Thread width/length is 7/8″]
1″ NPT Flush Valve

Part# 25176-V0 or #25176-LV0 (for valve with LONGER handle)
QNSST flush valve that fits onto a 1″ NPT with an attached adapter.
Thread width/length is 7/8″ + the adapter length.
Thread is compatible with 1″ NPT.
Case Thin Wall Steel (TWS)

The TWS flush valve fits onto Case Thin walled steel boom fittings.
Noticeably shorter thread than the QN SST valve.

QF100 Boom End to QN100
Flush Valve Conversion

Adapter for using QN100 (25175-V0 or 25175-LV0 long-handled flush valves) on flanged fitting connections.
Ensure the o-ring seal (#25160-02) is used to seal between the thread and the fitting.
Compatible with 1-1/4″ NPT.
QF100 Boom End to TWS

Adapter for using TWS (41402-V0 or 41402-LV0 long-handled flush valves) on flanged fitting connections.
Ensure the o-ring seal (#25160-04) is used to seal between the thread and the fitting.
Combo-Rate Boom End Flush Valve
QF100 Flange + Nozzle Body ports

This flush valve uses a common flange connection to connect to the sprayer tube, allowing for a recirculation port above (at 90° upward), front and back Combo-Rate ports to attach a COMBO-RATE nozzle body or turret, as well as a full ID flush valve port below.
The flush valve port also allows for a common WILGER ORS (O-ring Seal) fitting to be used, if required.
PRO-TIP: Over time, and with exposure to some chemicals and dust (if dust caps are not left on), the inner core of the valve can become dry and difficult to turn. Simply squirt a bit of liquid silicone up the spout of the flush valve, and lubricate the valve with a few turns, and it will be good as new.
