With the Engenia™ herbicide, BASF is working with spray tip manufacturers to ensure spray tips offered in the market are suitable for their herbicides. With new formulations of crop protection chemicals, it is increasingly important that the correct spray tip is used for optimum coverage and drift control.

(on Non-Dicamba-Tolerant Crops)

The below information is specific to the main chemical label and applications, relating to the use of Engenia™ Herbicide on non-dicamba-tolerant crops ONLY. For information on applying Engenia™ Herbicide on dicamba-tolerant crops, reference the supplementary label or the information at www.engeniatankmix.com.

The Engenia™ herbicide main label for conventional uses specifies to use Extremely Coarse (XC) to Ultra Coarse (UC)  spray droplets with a minimum flow rate of 0.30 US GPM below a maximum speed of 15 MPH.

The main label specification for conventional (non-dicamba tolerant) would account for the following Wilger Tip-Cap sizes (i.e. -05) and series (i.e. MR):

Note: All pressures shown below are the pressure at the tip, not gauge pressure.

MR Spray Tip Series

For MR110-05; operating ≤28 PSI

MR110-06 to MR110-10; operating ≤48PSI

MR110-125 -MR110-20: operating ≤85PSI

Are the Tip-Caps Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Compatible? Yes

DR Spray Tip Series

For DR110-03; operating ≤28 PSI

For DR110-04; operating ≤38 PSI

DR110-05 to DR110-20; operating ≤85PSI

Are the Tip-Caps Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Compatible? Yes
