Computerized Spray tip finder

An easy to use on-line computerized spray nozzle selector that helps you select the spray nozzle and droplet size that is right for your application.

To use the TIP WIZARD first select your application units, then select the spray system you have and search function you would like to use from the boxes below, then press the «Continue» button.

Standard spray systems regulate either the pressure or the flow to the spray tips, manually or with an auto-rate controller.

Blended Pulse® systems have a solenoid located at the nozzle body and use pulse width modulation to control the flow to the spray tips.

Search for spray tips searches for spray tips based on your application requirements and displays the tips' operating characteristics.

Search a specific tip displays the operating characteristics for a specified spray tip.

We recommend that you verify search results with our published Tip-Cap charts.

Spray tip output and droplet size are measured at 80 degrees F using clean water. Ambient temperatures and water condition may affect results.

We recommend that you refer to and follow the information and recommendations for the specific product you are applying.
